This policy explains how DigiLounge (“we”, “us”) handles personal information submitted through this website. It applies to this website and its enquiry form only.
Information we collect
When you request a Free Digital Audit, we ask for:
- your full name, business name and industry;
- your email address and phone number;
- optionally, your current website address, the type of solution you are interested in and a description of your project.
We do not ask for passwords, identity numbers, payment details or medical records, and we ask that you do not include them in your message.
To protect the form from abuse, our server briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions. This is held in temporary memory and is not stored with your enquiry. Our hosting provider may also keep standard technical logs.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements and discuss services that may be relevant to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you submitted the form.
Service providers
This website is hosted on Vercel, and enquiries are delivered to our inbox using the Resend email service. These providers process the information on our behalf to run the website and deliver your message, and may store or process data outside South Africa.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to you, to manage any resulting business relationship and to keep appropriate business records.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below.
